I asked Abby if she wanted to take some photos in the snow and she said yes! I was so excited! So, we snapped a few photos outside before my fingers nearly froze and headed back inside. A chance to hang out with my family and enjoy the beautiful snow that was falling.
Lucky for me though, I realized I had something so much better staring me straight in the face. Even as adults we want to fit in and be liked and today, I felt like I was the geeky kid looking through the window at all the cool kids hanging out together. I was feeling bummed because I felt like I was missing out on being part of a group.
